青島地鐵8號線北段:建設速度創國內之最

青島地(di)鐵(tie)8號線建設(she)(she)工期提(ti)前了一(yi)年半,創(chuang)造了國內地(di)鐵(tie)建設(she)(she)最快速度。

8號線(xian)起自膠(jiao)(jiao)州北站,終至五(wu)四廣(guang)場站,串聯膠(jiao)(jiao)州、城陽、李滄、市(shi)北、市(shi)南五(wu)個區(qu),是連(lian)接(jie)青島(dao)新(xin)(xin)機場、北岸城區(qu)、東岸城區(qu)的快速(su)骨干線(xian)路,也是山東省新(xin)(xin)舊動能(neng)轉換首批優選(xuan)項(xiang)目。項(xiang)目全長61.4公里,車站18座,設計時速(su)120km/h。

8號(hao)線北(bei)段(膠州(zhou)(zhou)北(bei)站(zhan)(zhan)-青(qing)島(dao)北(bei)站(zhan)(zhan))共11個車站(zhan)(zhan),長48.3公(gong)(gong)里(li),其中(zhong)高架線6.4公(gong)(gong)里(li),地(di)下線41.9公(gong)(gong)里(li),串聯了(le)青(qing)島(dao)北(bei)站(zhan)(zhan)、紅(hong)島(dao)火(huo)(huo)車站(zhan)(zhan)、膠東(dong)國(guo)際(ji)機場、膠州(zhou)(zhou)北(bei)站(zhan)(zhan)四大交通樞紐。站(zhan)(zhan)點(dian)分別為膠州(zhou)(zhou)北(bei)站(zhan)(zhan)-膠東(dong)機場站(zhan)(zhan)-膠東(dong)站(zhan)(zhan)-大澗站(zhan)(zhan)-紅(hong)島(dao)火(huo)(huo)車站(zhan)(zhan)-健康中(zhong)心站(zhan)(zhan)-健身中(zhong)心(紅(hong)島(dao)會展(zhan))站(zhan)(zhan)-觀濤(tao)站(zhan)(zhan)-紅(hong)島(dao)科技館(方特)站(zhan)(zhan)-大洋站(zhan)(zhan)-青(qing)島(dao)北(bei)站(zhan)(zhan)。

8號(hao)線北段(duan)“穿山(shan)越海(hai)”,施工環境復雜。青島(dao)(dao)地(di)(di)鐵(tie)八號(hao)線公司副總經(jing)理程學友介紹,為(wei)配套新機(ji)場轉場運(yun)營,8號(hao)線北段(duan)全面(mian)提(ti)速。在(zai)(zai)市(shi)委市(shi)政府(fu)的(de)(de)支(zhi)持(chi)下,經(jing)過(guo)3萬余名建(jian)設者1300多個日(ri)夜的(de)(de)辛勤工作,8號(hao)線北段(duan)在(zai)(zai)軌道交通(tong)領域創造多項“青島(dao)(dao)速度(du)(du)”:僅用3年半時間(jian)實現(xian)48.3公里(li)地(di)(di)鐵(tie)線路開通(tong),在(zai)(zai)國內(nei)巖石隧道地(di)(di)鐵(tie)中是沒有過(guo)的(de)(de)(同類工程通(tong)常需要5年工期);僅用2年零7個月,國內(nei)最長(chang)的(de)(de)地(di)(di)鐵(tie)過(guo)海(hai)隧道在(zai)(zai)消除了大(da)量重大(da)安全風險源后(hou),順利實現(xian)“洞通(tong)”,泥水盾構實現(xian)220米/月掘(jue)進速度(du)(du),這在(zai)(zai)國內(nei)是最快(kuai)的(de)(de);僅用32天完(wan)成(cheng)過(guo)海(hai)隧道5.8公里(li)軌道鋪設,創造行業新標桿。

8號(hao)線(xian)過海(hai)區域大洋站(zhan)至青島北站(zhan)區間全長(chang)7.9公里(li),海(hai)域段(duan)(duan)長(chang)5.4公里(li),為(wei)目前已建、在(zai)建國內(nei)海(hai)域段(duan)(duan)最長(chang)地(di)鐵(tie)跨海(hai)區間隧(sui)道。過海(hai)隧(sui)道最大埋(mai)深達海(hai)面(mian)下(xia)56米,穿(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)越地(di)質復雜(za)(za)多變,共穿(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)越9條(tiao)斷層(ceng)破碎(sui)帶,總(zong)長(chang)約(yue)1.2公里(li),破碎(sui)帶圍巖破碎(sui)、滲透(tou)性(xing)強,且部分(fen)連通(tong)海(hai)水(shui),在(zai)如此高壓(ya)力、長(chang)距離、大量斷裂帶中(zhong)(zhong)掘進(jin),施(shi)工(gong)難度之大,安全風險(xian)之高,在(zai)國內(nei)實屬罕見。針對(dui)(dui)過海(hai)段(duan)(duan)下(xia)穿(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)9條(tiao)破碎(sui)帶地(di)質非常(chang)復雜(za)(za)這(zhe)一特點,邀請院士(shi)陳湘生、史玉新研(yan)究各類重難點技術和(he)施(shi)工(gong)問(wen)題的風險(xian)管控,為(wei)過海(hai)段(duan)(duan)順(shun)利(li)(li)(li)推進(jin)出謀(mou)劃(hua)策、“把(ba)脈會診”。由于地(di)質極(ji)其復雜(za)(za),經反復論證確定采用“盾(dun)構法(fa)”+“礦山法(fa)”對(dui)(dui)打施(shi)工(gong),東側過海(hai)段(duan)(duan)2.9公里(li)采用泥水(shui)盾(dun)構法(fa)施(shi)工(gong),西側過海(hai)段(duan)(duan)2.5公里(li)采用礦山法(fa)+雙模式TBM施(shi)工(gong)。8號(hao)線(xian)在(zai)建設過程中(zhong)(zhong)通(tong)過有(you)效的技術以(yi)及管理措施(shi),順(shun)利(li)(li)(li)消除(chu)多個(ge)重大風險(xian)源。例如,順(shun)利(li)(li)(li)近距離下(xia)穿(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)運營地(di)鐵(tie)3號(hao)線(xian)、順(shun)利(li)(li)(li)穿(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)越5條(tiao)鐵(tie)路線(xian)、順(shun)利(li)(li)(li)完成隧(sui)道狹(xia)小空間內(nei)7臺數百噸盾(dun)構機拆解、順(shun)利(li)(li)(li)下(xia)穿(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)數百棟房屋等等。

其中(zhong),青(qing)(qing)島(dao)北站—滄(cang)口站區間(簡稱青(qing)(qing)滄(cang)區間)采用礦山(shan)法施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),拱頂(ding)埋(mai)深16米(mi)(mi),區間左線120米(mi)(mi)下穿(chuan)運(yun)(yun)營(ying)(ying)地鐵(tie)3號(hao)線,最(zui)近距3號(hao)線僅(jin)1.14米(mi)(mi),采用非爆破暗挖法施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),屬于(yu)8號(hao)線一級(ji)重大風(feng)險源,是青(qing)(qing)島(dao)市(shi)地鐵(tie)建(jian)(jian)設史上首次下穿(chuan)運(yun)(yun)營(ying)(ying)地鐵(tie)。由于(yu)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)風(feng)險高、難度大,是青(qing)(qing)島(dao)市(shi)地鐵(tie)特別重大一級(ji)風(feng)險源,尤為(wei)令人矚(zhu)目。建(jian)(jian)設、勘察、設計、監理、施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)等參建(jian)(jian)單(dan)位科學設計,精密分析,靠技(ji)術創(chuang)新將(jiang)已運(yun)(yun)營(ying)(ying)地鐵(tie)3號(hao)線結構的(de)沉降值控制在(zai)2毫米(mi)(mi)以內,僅(jin)約1枚(mei)硬幣厚度,可謂地鐵(tie)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)史上的(de)“奇跡”。“在(zai)下穿(chuan)3號(hao)線的(de)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)過程(cheng)中(zhong),公司員工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)連續(xu)半年(nian)時(shi)間盯(ding)在(zai)掌子(zi)面,正常運(yun)(yun)營(ying)(ying)的(de)線路(lu)安全上容(rong)不得半點馬虎(hu),每天現場召開碰頭會調度施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),按照一級(ji)風(feng)險源“一控六專項”進行(xing)管控,確保(bao)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)現場萬(wan)無一失。”程(cheng)學友(you)說。

在確保安全質量(liang)的(de)同時,為加快施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)進(jin)度,8號線采(cai)用了多種先(xian)進(jin)工(gong)(gong)藝。例如(ru),過海(hai)段聯絡(luo)通(tong)道在國內首(shou)次采(cai)用小盾構機械施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)、在省內首(shou)次采(cai)用電瓶式鋪(pu)軌門吊、首(shou)次引進(jin)自(zi)動(dong)打孔(kong)機器(qi)人等(deng)等(deng)。此外,根據不同地質同時采(cai)用礦(kuang)山(shan)法、泥水(shui)盾構、TBM施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong),最終(zhong)攻克了“咽(yan)喉”,確保了線路如(ru)期通(tong)車。

8號線還在(zai)省內首次臨近(jin)高速鐵路地鐵施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)。8號線高架段與濟(ji)青高鐵并行(xing)7.5公里,最近(jin)處(chu)僅相(xiang)隔12米(mi),且穿越(yue)電(dian)廠區(qu),距離煙囪不足30米(mi)。為(wei)確(que)保在(zai)濟(ji)青高鐵開(kai)通(tong)運(yun)營前(qian)(qian)完(wan)工(gong),建設(she)單位從方案(an)的策劃、設(she)計方案(an)變更、人員(yuan)投入等各(ge)方面進行(xing)協(xie)調,通(tong)過增加1個架梁(liang)點、1套提運(yun)架設(she)備和(he)運(yun)梁(liang)通(tong)道等措施(shi)(shi)(shi)提高施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)效率。該段連續梁(liang)經多方協(xie)調最終(zhong)由(you)掛籃(lan)法施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)改為(wei)支(zhi)架法,節省了一個多月時(shi)間。施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)高峰時(shi)人員(yuan)投入1000余人同時(shi)作業,僅用10個月完(wan)成(cheng)高架段于濟(ji)青高鐵并行(xing)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong),最終(zhong)確(que)保了在(zai)濟(ji)青高鐵開(kai)通(tong)前(qian)(qian)完(wan)工(gong)。

 8號(hao)線(xian)北段的藝術設(she)計(ji)著重提(ti)取航空元素(su),以(yi)“夢幻青(qing)島”為(wei)設(she)計(ji)主題,結合青(qing)島海洋(yang)特(te)色和豐(feng)富多彩(cai)的地(di)域文(wen)化,以(yi)“新(xin)(xin)媒介、新(xin)(xin)觀念”藝術手法植入(ru)空間(jian),實現了(le)城市文(wen)化、歷史沉(chen)淀與先(xian)進現代(dai)科技(ji)的完(wan)美交織,塑造了(le)獨具特(te)色的空間(jian)藝術一(yi)體化設(she)計(ji),為(wei)青(qing)島未來(lai)發(fa)展(zhan)描繪出一(yi)幅現代(dai)科技(ji)的畫面。8號(hao)線(xian)建成通車(che)后,將實現高鐵(tie)、地(di)鐵(tie)、航空等全方位換(huan)乘,打造了(le)膠(jiao)州市到青(qing)島主城區的新(xin)(xin)通道。
