攻堅落實 青島地鐵“途中跑”再提速 5條在建線路加快建設進度 助力提升城市功能品質

今年(nian)(nian)年(nian)(nian)初,按照我市(shi)項目落地(di)年(nian)(nian)的(de)部(bu)署(shu),青(qing)島地(di)鐵集團將2021年(nian)(nian)確(que)定為攻堅(jian)落實(shi)年(nian)(nian),明確(que)了“在(zai)(zai)(zai)建項目將全面提速,確(que)保(bao)1號線南段年(nian)(nian)底具(ju)備(bei)空載試運行條(tiao)件”等具(ju)體(ti)目標(biao)。 在(zai)(zai)(zai)不久前召開的(de)全市(shi)轉(zhuan)作(zuo)風(feng)創一(yi)流當排(pai)頭動員會上(shang),我市(shi)提出(chu)(chu)“青(qing)島要在(zai)(zai)(zai)六(liu)個方面對(dui)標(biao)先進(jin)(jin)扎(zha)(zha)實(shi)奮(fen)進(jin)(jin)創一(yi)流”,其中(zhong),“在(zai)(zai)(zai)提升城市(shi)功能(neng)品質上(shang)扎(zha)(zha)實(shi)奮(fen)進(jin)(jin)創一(yi)流”中(zhong)提出(chu)(chu)加快地(di)鐵建設進(jin)(jin)度。青(qing)島地(di)鐵年(nian)(nian)初喊出(chu)(chu)了“起跑(pao)即沖刺,開局即決(jue)戰”的(de)誓師口號,適逢年(nian)(nian)中(zhong),青(qing)島地(di)鐵的(de)“途中(zhong)跑(pao)”情況如何(he)?年(nian)(nian)初定下的(de)攻堅(jian)落實(shi)目標(biao)推進(jin)(jin)得怎(zen)么樣(yang)?且(qie)看(kan)來自青(qing)島地(di)鐵建設一(yi)線的(de)“匯(hui)報”。

 

1號(hao)線(xian)南段:全線(xian)電(dian)通(tong)指日可待(dai)


青島地鐵年(nian)(nian)初確(que)(que)定(ding)的建(jian)設(she)攻堅目(mu)標中,“確(que)(que)保(bao)1號線南(nan)段年(nian)(nian)底具備空載試(shi)運(yun)行(xing)條(tiao)件”是非常明確(que)(que)的一條(tiao)。


地鐵1號(hao)線(xian)全長59.97公里,設41座車站,連接(jie)西海岸、市南、市北、李(li)滄、城陽(yang)5區,是(shi)山東(dong)省(sheng)重大工程項目(mu)。1號(hao)線(xian)南段(duan)下穿膠(jiao)(jiao)州灣(wan),連接(jie)青(qing)(qing)(qing)島(dao)東(dong)西兩岸,開(kai)通后,青(qing)(qing)(qing)島(dao)市民(min)乘坐地鐵通過膠(jiao)(jiao)州灣(wan)僅需(xu)6分鐘。可以說,1號(hao)線(xian)南段(duan)的進(jin)度直接(jie)關系(xi)著(zhu)(zhu)青(qing)(qing)(qing)島(dao)東(dong)西兩岸市民(min)出行(xing)的便利,也關系(xi)著(zhu)(zhu)青(qing)(qing)(qing)島(dao)作為國際化(hua)都市的生活品(pin)質。


今年以(yi)來,青島(dao)市地(di)鐵一號(hao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)有(you)限公司加緊(jin)對1號(hao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)南(nan)段(duan)施(shi)工(gong)進(jin)(jin)度,地(di)鐵集團超(chao)前(qian)謀(mou)劃,精(jing)心組織,大膽創(chuang)新,采(cai)用國內首創(chuang)的(de)(de)“連續(xu)皮帶(dai)機+垂直(zhi)儲帶(dai)倉+垂直(zhi)皮帶(dai)機+水平布料機”綜(zong)合快速出渣(zha)系(xi)統,成功(gong)(gong)解決了施(shi)工(gong)線(xian)(xian)(xian)路長和施(shi)工(gong)場地(di)狹小的(de)(de)難題;通(tong)(tong)過合理控制掘進(jin)(jin)參數(shu)、加強地(di)表注(zhu)漿(jiang)超(chao)前(qian)預加固、洞內外聯動監測等(deng)手段(duan)成功(gong)(gong)克服復雜的(de)(de)工(gong)況(kuang)。其間(jian),1號(hao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)創(chuang)造了最高日進(jin)(jin)尺28米(mi)、最高月進(jin)(jin)尺473米(mi)的(de)(de)驕人成績。2月11日農歷除(chu)夕當日,地(di)鐵1號(hao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)正線(xian)(xian)(xian)區間(jian)全(quan)部(bu)貫通(tong)(tong),為全(quan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)通(tong)(tong)車(che)打下了堅實(shi)的(de)(de)基(ji)礎。


區(qu)間(jian)貫(guan)通(tong)后,一號(hao)線(xian)公(gong)(gong)司又向著軌(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)通(tong)發起攻堅。1號(hao)線(xian)南段(duan)(duan)軌(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)道(dao)全(quan)長約38公(gong)(gong)里(li),以軌(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)通(tong)為目標,一號(hao)線(xian)公(gong)(gong)司倒排工(gong)(gong)(gong)期,高峰期共同時開(kai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)13個(ge)作業面(mian),施工(gong)(gong)(gong)人數達到1100多(duo)人,軌(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)道(dao)運(yun)輸車輛13組,鋪軌(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)設備39臺,有(you)效(xiao)(xiao)保障了軌(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)道(dao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)順利開(kai)展。通(tong)過對鋪軌(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)工(gong)(gong)(gong)裝(zhuang)進行技術升(sheng)級改(gai)(gai)造(zao),解決走形軌(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)支墩穩(wen)定性難題;改(gai)(gai)進尾氣處理裝(zhuang)置(zhi),有(you)效(xiao)(xiao)保障隧(sui)道(dao)內施工(gong)(gong)(gong)環(huan)境,保證(zheng)過海段(duan)(duan)軌(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)道(dao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)始終(zhong)處于(yu)安(an)全(quan)、高效(xiao)(xiao)、有(you)序推進,順利實(shi)現(xian)軌(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)道(dao)跨海貫(guan)通(tong),于(yu)5月20日實(shi)現(xian)了全(quan)線(xian)軌(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)通(tong)。

在軌(gui)通現場(chang),軌(gui)道單位將(jiang)“黨員突(tu)擊隊”隊旗交接至(zhi)機電單位。為保(bao)證兩(liang)條外(wai)電源線(xian)(xian)路如(ru)期送(song)(song)電,一號線(xian)(xian)公(gong)司及施工單位工程進度每日匯報,突(tu)擊式夜間(jian)(jian)加班(ban)、節(jie)假日不間(jian)(jian)斷施工、配備(bei)多(duo)套施工班(ban)組等多(duo)措并舉,組織施工單位投入更多(duo)的人力、物力、精力保(bao)證安全、質量、進度。5月28日,青(qing)(qing)島(dao)(dao)地(di)(di)鐵1號線(xian)(xian)勝(sheng)利橋站開閉所(suo)及其(qi)外(wai)電源順利完(wan)成送(song)(song)電,為青(qing)(qing)島(dao)(dao)地(di)(di)鐵1號線(xian)(xian)后續電通任務提供(gong)了前提條件。

目(mu)前,青島地(di)鐵1號線(xian)全(quan)線(xian)電通指日可待,后續將陸續開展列車試運行、南北貫通調試、消防及安全(quan)驗收等(deng)重(zhong)要調試工(gong)作,保障1號線(xian)全(quan)線(xian)實現高質量開通。


4號(hao)線:封頂18座車站貫通17個區間


地鐵4號(hao)線(xian)(xian)的建設進度也(ye)一直備受(shou)主城區(qu)(qu)居民的關注。30.9公里的4號(hao)線(xian)(xian)擁有(you)22座車站,經過市(shi)(shi)南區(qu)(qu)老城區(qu)(qu)、市(shi)(shi)北區(qu)(qu)浮山后等處(chu),覆蓋眾多(duo)人(ren)口(kou)密集區(qu)(qu)和客流集散點,未來將成為(wei)貫穿(chuan)市(shi)(shi)區(qu)(qu)中(zhong)部的東(dong)西向骨干線(xian)(xian)路(lu),是一條民生線(xian)(xian)路(lu),其作用(yong)與“提(ti)升城市(shi)(shi)功能品質上扎實奮(fen)進創(chuang)一流”高度契(qi)合(he)。


經過前期的充分積(ji)累,進入5月,地(di)鐵4號線土(tu)建接連取得節(jie)點勝(sheng)利。


5月(yue)(yue)(yue)11日(ri),人民會堂(tang)站(zhan)(zhan)至(zhi)內(nei)海區(qu)(qu)(qu)間(jian)(內(nei)蒙古路站(zhan)(zhan)至(zhi)海泊橋(qiao)站(zhan)(zhan))TBM左(zuo)線(xian)(xian)順(shun)(shun)利(li)(li)貫(guan)通,首(shou)個(ge)機械化施工標段全(quan)線(xian)(xian)貫(guan)通;5月(yue)(yue)(yue)15日(ri),554米的錯埠嶺站(zhan)(zhan)—福(fu)州路站(zhan)(zhan)區(qu)(qu)(qu)間(jian)右(you)(you)線(xian)(xian)4#TBM順(shun)(shun)利(li)(li)貫(guan)通,較年(nian)度計劃提前3天;5月(yue)(yue)(yue)22日(ri),土建10工區(qu)(qu)(qu)又傳來好消(xiao)息(xi),張村站(zhan)(zhan)—李宅(zhai)路站(zhan)(zhan)區(qu)(qu)(qu)間(jian)右(you)(you)線(xian)(xian)盾構(gou)順(shun)(shun)利(li)(li)貫(guan)通;5月(yue)(yue)(yue)23日(ri),全(quan)線(xian)(xian)最(zui)長車站(zhan)(zhan)張村站(zhan)(zhan)明挖(wa)段主(zhu)體結構(gou)順(shun)(shun)利(li)(li)封頂,比計劃提前8天;5月(yue)(yue)(yue)31日(ri),九(jiu)水東路站(zhan)(zhan)—靜港(gang)路站(zhan)(zhan)區(qu)(qu)(qu)間(jian)右(you)(you)線(xian)(xian)盾構(gou)機順(shun)(shun)利(li)(li)始發,九(jiu)靜區(qu)(qu)(qu)間(jian)正式進入(ru)機械施工階段。

4號(hao)線(xian)最長車站張村(cun)站明挖段主體結構順利封頂


目前,4號線(xian)全線(xian)25座車站(zhan)中,已(yi)累(lei)(lei)計(ji)封(feng)頂18座車站(zhan),車站(zhan)主體土方開(kai)挖(wa)累(lei)(lei)計(ji)完(wan)成(cheng)99.5%。全線(xian)共27個區間,已(yi)有17個區間實現貫通,礦山法(fa)區間累(lei)(lei)計(ji)開(kai)挖(wa)90%,TBM區間累(lei)(lei)計(ji)完(wan)成(cheng)總(zong)量的78%,盾(dun)構區間累(lei)(lei)計(ji)完(wan)成(cheng)總(zong)量的63%,線(xian)路建設正平穩快速(su)推進。

二期(qi)在(zai)建線路(lu):突(tu)破難點創(chuang)造建設新紀錄

青島地鐵(tie)(tie)目前在(zai)建線(xian)(xian)路(lu)5條(tiao),除(chu)了上述的(de)兩條(tiao)線(xian)(xian)路(lu),還(huan)有地鐵(tie)(tie)2號線(xian)(xian)西延段、地鐵(tie)(tie)8號線(xian)(xian)南(nan)段和(he)地鐵(tie)(tie)6號線(xian)(xian)。


2號線(xian)西延(yan)段雖然只有(you)短短3.84公里,但連接大港(gang)、小港(gang)、團島等(deng)重要(yao)功能區,該片區接入了快速公共(gong)交通(tong)走廊,將在很大程度上改(gai)觀周邊居(ju)民出行受膠濟(ji)鐵(tie)路及新冠(guan)高(gao)架(jia)阻隔(ge)影響的局面。2號線(xian)西延(yan)段是我市交通(tong)基(ji)礎設施(shi)(shi)建(jian)設攻勢發起以來新開工建(jian)設的首條地鐵(tie)線(xian)路。目前,國際(ji)郵輪港(gang)站(zhan)已(yi)進入主體結構施(shi)(shi)工,小港(gang)站(zhan)拱部開挖支(zhi)護完成,土建(jian)施(shi)(shi)工完成總量的30%。

 5月31日,8號(hao)線(xian)山東路(lu)(lu)南(nan)站至(zhi)五(wu)四廣場站(山五(wu)區間(jian))TBM隧(sui)道(dao)雙(shuang)線(xian)順(shun)利(li)貫通(tong)。山五(wu)區間(jian)是(shi)8號(hao)線(xian)南(nan)段(duan)的(de)土建難點之(zhi)一,區間(jian)主要位于山東路(lu)(lu)下(xia)(xia)(xia)方(fang),途(tu)經(jing)閩(min)江路(lu)(lu)至(zhi)江西路(lu)(lu)等(deng)主要道(dao)路(lu)(lu),接入山五(wu)區間(jian)停車線(xian)大斷(duan)面,下(xia)(xia)(xia)穿(chuan)供電(dian)、雨(yu)污水、燃氣管(guan)線(xian)及地(di)下(xia)(xia)(xia)通(tong)道(dao)等(deng)眾多風險(xian)源;地(di)質條(tiao)件(jian)復雜,穿(chuan)越6條(tiao)富水斷(duan)層(ceng)破碎帶(dai)、圍巖(yan)堅硬,單軸抗壓強度(du)極高(gao),換刀頻繁等(deng)不利(li)因素都成為建設(she)過程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)“攔(lan)路(lu)(lu)虎(hu)”。面對(dui)困難,青島(dao)地(di)鐵邀(yao)請國(guo)內知(zhi)名(ming)專家“會(hui)診”,針對(dui)存在(zai)的(de)風險(xian)點進行(xing)“桌(zhuo)面推演(yan)”,在(zai)施(shi)工(gong)過程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)利(li)用數(shu)字化平(ping)臺(tai)對(dui)現場安全、質量、進度(du)、風險(xian)等(deng)進行(xing)24小時監控,為保證(zheng)TBM隧(sui)道(dao)順(shun)利(li)貫通(tong)奠定(ding)了堅實的(de)基礎。8號(hao)線(xian)南(nan)段(duan)全長13.1公里(li),目前閆(yan)南(nan)區間(jian)、南(nan)嘉區間(jian)、山五(wu)區間(jian)已(yi)貫通(tong)。

6號(hao)線(xian)是(shi)我市軌道交通二期建設規劃中(zhong)最(zui)后一個(ge)(ge)開(kai)建的(de)項目(mu)。開(kai)建以來,6號(hao)線(xian)歷(li)時11個(ge)(ge)月(yue),實(shi)(shi)現(xian)45個(ge)(ge)工(gong)點主(zhu)體(ti)(ti)全面開(kai)工(gong),開(kai)工(gong)一年即(ji)實(shi)(shi)現(xian)盾構(gou)(gou)始發(fa),刷新(xin)了(le)地(di)鐵(tie)(tie)建設新(xin)速度(du)。過去一個(ge)(ge)多月(yue),6號(hao)線(xian)先后實(shi)(shi)現(xian)了(le)青醫西(xi)(xi)院區站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)主(zhu)體(ti)(ti)貫通和(he)朝(chao)陽(yang)山CBD站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)主(zhu)體(ti)(ti)結構(gou)(gou)順利封頂。其中(zhong),青醫西(xi)(xi)院區站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)是(shi)全線(xian)首(shou)座貫通的(de)暗(an)挖(wa)(wa)(wa)(wa)車(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan),也(ye)全線(xian)最(zui)長的(de)暗(an)挖(wa)(wa)(wa)(wa)車(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan),該(gai)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)僅(jin)用時5個(ge)(ge)月(yue)即(ji)實(shi)(shi)現(xian)上斷面的(de)安全順利貫通,較類似車(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)提前近兩(liang)個(ge)(ge)月(yue),創(chuang)造青島(dao)地(di)鐵(tie)(tie)暗(an)挖(wa)(wa)(wa)(wa)車(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)建設新(xin)紀錄。青島(dao)地(di)鐵(tie)(tie)6號(hao)線(xian)一期工(gong)程共21站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)22區間,新(xin)建20座車(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan),線(xian)路全長約30公(gong)里。目(mu)前14座明(ming)挖(wa)(wa)(wa)(wa)車(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)中(zhong)有1座已(yi)完成主(zhu)體(ti)(ti)結構(gou)(gou)施工(gong),8座正(zheng)在進(jin)(jin)行主(zhu)體(ti)(ti)結構(gou)(gou)施工(gong),6座暗(an)挖(wa)(wa)(wa)(wa)車(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)已(yi)進(jin)(jin)入主(zhu)體(ti)(ti)開(kai)挖(wa)(wa)(wa)(wa)施工(gong),3臺盾構(gou)(gou)機正(zheng)在進(jin)(jin)行掘進(jin)(jin)施工(gong)。
